Pilates Small Group Training
Experience the benefits of working out with other people, but in class sizes that are intimate and still provide individual attention.
With no more than 4 people in a session, your workout will challenge strength, balance, coordination and offer exercises that help build and maintain healthy joints. You’ll never follow along with the instructor (seriously, who wants to pay for someone else to get a workout!?!?) and sessions are targeted towards the needs of the individuals class. Modifications will be recommended for injuries or limitations.
