Private Sessions

Whether you are rehabbing an injury or are training with a specific goal in mind (or both; trust me, I’ve been there!), you want training sessions with targeted exercises specific to your needs.

Private sessions allow your instructor to focus solely on you and choose exercises based on your needs and goals. There are no pre-set routines. I have a decade of experience unravelling compensations, using movement to help people feel better and creating challenging workouts that are as unique as the person in front of me.
