Functional Range Assessment (FRA®)

 Don’t Guess. Get assessed.

Simply put, an injury occurs when the part of the body that gets injured is weaker than the force that is applied to it.

Whether acute (suddenly), or chronic (develops slowly, lasts long), the goal for rehabilitating injuries is to increase the capacity of the injured tissue to be able to absorb and dissipate loads required by the specific activities we want to do.  Sometimes, though, the injured area isn’t the problem, it’s the symptom.

Functional Range Assessment (FRA®) is a way to objectively measure a person’s movement capacity for every joint.

It takes the guesswork out of where to focus training efforts in order to either increase flexibility or create stronger tissue, or both, depending on the deficits identified in the individual and the activities they are wanting to excel in.

If you want specific answers so that you can fine-tune your training, the FRA is the foundation on which you can build a body that’s strong enough to tackle all the things you love to do.

Assessments are precise and take a lot of time.

They are booked as a private session and may need more than one session for full-body assessments.
